Got twenty shows in a spreadsheet? Don't fill in the form twenty times. Drop the file here, or paste your cells straight out of Google Sheets, and we'll read it, check every row, and show you exactly what's wrong before anything is sent.

Get your columns in order
The easiest route is to download the template, fill it in, and save it. But you don't have to. If your own spreadsheet already has columns with sensible names, we'll recognise them. Only four columns are actually required.
$ * = required · up to 250 rows per upload · column order doesn't matter if your headers are named

Hand it over
Drop your CSV here, or click to choose a file
$ nothing is sent yet. we read it in your browser first
In Google Sheets or Excel, select your rows (include the header row), copy, and paste them in here. This is usually the fastest way.
$ last step. only the rows marked OK will be sent
after you send
What happens next
- Clean rows go straight up Normal-looking shows appear on the calendar immediately. No waiting on anyone.
- Odd rows get held Anything that trips the spam filter gets held for a human to look at instead of published: junk links, a city that isn't in Utah, a date years away, or a duplicate of something already listed.
- Duplicates are dropped If a show with the same name, date and venue is already on the calendar, we skip it rather than listing it twice. Re-uploading a corrected file is safe.
- Something wrong? Just say so Email naomi.nova.productions@gmail.com to fix or remove any listing. No account needed, no hoops.
